Storage between Tucson closings
The closing-date gap is the most common storage call we take. You’re out of the Marana rental Friday, the Oro Valley house you bought closes the next week. That’s exactly what the secure storage at our North Stone yard is for — we load you out, sit on it for a few days or a few months, then deliver once you say the word.
We price by unit size — about one one-bedroom’s worth per unit, two for a 2-bed, three for a 3-bed home. It’s $105 per unit per month, and the first two weeks are free whenever we also handle the load and delivery. Cargo rides $0.60/lb released-value standard, up to $1,000,000 per shipment.

Why our yard beats a self-storage unit
Go the self-storage route and you’re paying a crew to fill a truck, haul it across town, and stack it into a bay — then paying all over again to undo every step. With our North Stone yard, we load you a single time, keep it safe, and that same load rolls back onto the truck bound for your new place. One handle, not three. Add it to a residential or long-distance job; pianos and safes get their own racked spot.
