Privacy policy, in plain English
This page explains what 3 Gorillas Moving collects when you visit the site or request a quote, what we do with it, and how to have it deleted. The plain-English write-up below is one I approved myself. If it doesn’t answer your question, use the contact page.
What this site takes in
- Quote-form data — the notes, target date, origin and destination, email, phone, and name you type in. We need it to build your flat rate.
- Site analytics — anonymized page-view data so we know which Tucson service areas draw interest. No name attached.
- Call records — if you phone the office, we log the date, time, and the quote we wrote. No call recording.
How we put it to use
Those quote-form details serve one purpose — to write your quote and run your move — and go no further. We don’t sell it to lead-aggregator networks, broker shops, or moving directories, and we run no referral kickback. Should some other mover ring you up already holding your details, that leak didn’t happen on our end.
Who else ever sees it
- Our payment processor takes the card data for a deposit — full card numbers never sit on our systems.
- Our insurance carrier gets a building name and address only on the jobs where you’ve asked for a certificate of insurance.
- That’s the whole list — no data brokers, no remarketing beyond standard analytics.
Deleting your record
Need your quote-form record gone? Just tell us through the contact page. We clear it from our office records inside five business days and send an email confirming it’s gone.
Cookies and updates
The site sets a session cookie and an analytics cookie; clear both from your browser any time without affecting the quote form. Any meaningful change here gets posted with a new date, and anyone with an open quote request hears about it by email.
